If you are NOT able to make one of the events DON’T fill out a form. The form lets me know exactly who can go so I can get a proper head count. If you do RSVP for an event that you were able to make it to but plans changed, notify me ASAP via Instagram or phone. If you paid for an event that you no longer can make it to i.e. track/autocross/airbnb then I cannot guarantee you a refund but will try my hardest to get you one.
